2.  Decide to what value you want the basket made.

     Minimum value for custom baskets is $30

3.  Use the Online Order Form on our web site to  

     order.  Or call your order to us by phone. 

     Be sure to include:

     a.  The gender of whom the basket is for, male or

          female (for the purpose of colors & decorations)

     b.  All necessary delivery information. 

          If funeral home, name, address, phone # and the  

          name of the person or family of who is to receive it.

     c.  What you would like the card to say.

              example:  outside -  for Jill Smith

                                 inside -  "Thank you"

                                   from -  "Your friend Jennifer"

     d.  Payment information.  You may include the charge

          card information in your online order, or call us with

          the information.

   Livonia area - $10

   Neighboring cities - $15

   Distance deliveries, 10 to 15 miles - $20

   For basket deliveries outside of 15 mile radius,

   please call to inquire about delivery availablity and fee.
