                        Introducing

     The "Kids Bakery Experience" Birthday Party

Zoe's 6th Birthday Party at the L.I.B.

Zoe and her friends are ready to start the "Bakery Experience".

Schedule of Events

    Set a time for your guests to arrive at the Livonia Bakery's Cafe.

    3 blocks West of Farmington Rd, In the Stamford Plaza

Part One - Approx. 30-40 minutes

   After everyone arrives and we've had a short time to meet and greet,

      the children will be assisted with putting on an apron and work cap

      (the disposable type).

  We then lead the children to the bakery's kitchen, where they will

      receive a brief explanation of how pizza crust is made and how the

      dough mixer works.

   After washing there hands, the kids will take positions at the work

      bench where they will each get to dress a personal size pizza

      to their liking !

   Then the pizzas get placed in the rotating bakery oven to bake for

      15 minutes.

Part Two - Approx. 30-40 minutes

   After washing hands, the kids will then go to the cafe for cake

      decorating while the pizzas bake.

   Each child will get a personal size cake and a decorating station

      with a variety of edible and plastic decorations.  They will then

      have time to decorate their cakes to their own liking !

   After all the kids have decorated their cakes, all of the cakes will

      be labeled and temporarily taken away so that they can eat lunch.

   For lunch the children eat the personal pizzas that they made, along

     with soft drinks (lemonade, soda & water).

     For the adults (parents), a large pizza and salad is optional for an

     additional cost.

Part Three - Approx. 30 minutes

   Opening of gifts !

   Kids will also have a little fun coloring their Livonia Bakery baking caps.

Part Four - Approx. 30-40 minutes

   The kids will finally get to join in and sing Happy Birthday to the birthday

     boy or girl.

   Parents will have a choice:  either the kids can eat the cake that they

     made, or have a large cake to be cut up and eaten so that the kids

     can take home the personal cakes as a keepsake of the party.

     Large cake is optional at an additional cost.

Total approximate time for party:  2+ hours.

We encourage parents to stay and have fun with us !

Booking Information/Guidelines:

   Cost per child - $12

      At time of party reservation, minimum 25% deposit is required.

   Minimum 10 children required for a birthday party.  If parent reserves

      for 10 kids and less show up, the parent must agree to still cover the

      10 child minimum.

   At time of reservation, parents will be asked to choose the type of

      batter for the kids' personal cakes. Choices are yellow or chocolate.

      It is recommended that all kids have the same batter type.

   Optional:

     Parents may bring ice cream to be served with the cake.  Our staff

     will serve it at no addtional fee.  

     A larger pizza with variety toppings for the parents.  Additional cost

     A small party salad for parents.  Additional cost.

     Parents are to bring there own party decorations i.e. balloons, banner

     etc.
